FABP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,125 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA2, FAM13A, and RAD1. Each is linked with FABP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP2-to-partner and partner-to-FABP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FABP2 versus HSPA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
