FABP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,869 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHB, GUCA2A, and SI. Each is linked with FABP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP2-to-partner and partner-to-FABP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FABP2 versus SDHB in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
