Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 641 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FABP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL26P31, WDR82P2, and RNU7-125P. Each is linked with FABP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP2-to-partner and partner-to-FABP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL26P31 grouped by FABP2-low versus FABP2-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
