FABP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FABP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP29. Each is linked with FABP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP2-to-partner and partner-to-FABP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP29 grouped by FABP2-low versus FABP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
