The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher FABP12P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FABP12P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
OV, THCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where FABP12P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
