FAAP24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAAP24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAAP24-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4F36P, RNU6-660P, and RNU6-644P. Each is linked with FAAP24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAAP24-to-partner and partner-to-FAAP24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP4F36P grouped by FAAP24-low versus FAAP24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAAP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAAP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
