FAAP100

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAAP100 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,629 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAAP100-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIS3, IFITM3P6, and CACNG1. Each is linked with FAAP100 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAAP100-to-partner and partner-to-FAAP100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAAP100→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAAP100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
