FAAP100

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAAP100 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAAP100-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, p62 Lck ligand, and VHL. Each is linked with FAAP100 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAAP100-to-partner and partner-to-FAAP100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAAP100→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAAP100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
