FAAHP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAAHP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,756 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAAHP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITPRID2_S759, SLC7A1, and TNKS1BP1_S1138. Each is linked with FAAHP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAAHP1-to-partner and partner-to-FAAHP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAAHP1 versus ITPRID2_S759 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAAHP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAAHP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
