Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAAH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAAH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-14P, CENPH, and ZUP1. Each is linked with FAAH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAAH2-to-partner and partner-to-FAAH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-14P grouped by FAAH2-low versus FAAH2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
