FAAH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAAH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAAH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, B-Raf, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with FAAH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAAH2-to-partner and partner-to-FAAH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by FAAH2-low versus FAAH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
