FAAH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAAH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,635 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAAH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C15orf39, SAP30, and EVPL. Each is linked with FAAH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAAH2-to-partner and partner-to-FAAH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAAH2 versus C15orf39 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
