F8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with F8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F8-to-partner and partner-to-F8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F8→partner) and Y-score (partner→F8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
