F7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with F7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F7-to-partner and partner-to-F7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by F7-low versus F7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F7→partner) and Y-score (partner→F7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
