Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, F7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible F7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf92, KCNK18, and PRAMEF9. Each is linked with F7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F7-to-partner and partner-to-F7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf92 grouped by F7-low versus F7-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F7→partner) and Y-score (partner→F7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
