Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, F3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated F3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher F3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated F3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, HNSC, and COAD are the cancer types where F3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
