F3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1E1 and TAS2R41. Each is linked with F3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F3-to-partner and partner-to-F3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1E1 grouped by F3-low versus F3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F3→partner) and Y-score (partner→F3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
