F2RL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F2RL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,335 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2RL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GUCY1B1, RSU1, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with F2RL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2RL2-to-partner and partner-to-F2RL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, F2RL2 versus GUCY1B1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2RL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2RL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
