F2RL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F2RL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2RL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACKR1, CLEC10A, and OR5T1. Each is linked with F2RL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2RL2-to-partner and partner-to-F2RL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACKR1 grouped by F2RL2-low versus F2RL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2RL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2RL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
