F2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,444 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, STIP1, and HACD3. Each is linked with F2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2-to-partner and partner-to-F2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by F2-low versus F2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
