F2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and ARID1A. Each is linked with F2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2-to-partner and partner-to-F2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by F2-low versus F2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
