F2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12J, CGB3, and HBZ. Each is linked with F2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2-to-partner and partner-to-F2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12J grouped by F2-low versus F2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
