F2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,793 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNRD1, ZCCHC14, and GIGYF1. Each is linked with F2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2-to-partner and partner-to-F2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNRD1 grouped by F2-low versus F2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
