Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, F12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated F12 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher F12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated F12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC and BLCA are the cancer types where F12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
