Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, F11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible F11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, PCNA, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with F11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F11-to-partner and partner-to-F11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by F11-low versus F11-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F11→partner) and Y-score (partner→F11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
