EZR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EZR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,711 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EZR-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02305, RNA5SP422, and LINC02563. Each is linked with EZR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EZR-to-partner and partner-to-EZR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02305 grouped by EZR-low versus EZR-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EZR→partner) and Y-score (partner→EZR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
