EZR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EZR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EZR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, ODF1, and OR52K1. Each is linked with EZR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EZR-to-partner and partner-to-EZR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by EZR-low versus EZR-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EZR→partner) and Y-score (partner→EZR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
