Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EZH2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,843 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EZH2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDHD1, XRN2_S448, and PDS5A_T1208. Each is linked with EZH2P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EZH2P1-to-partner and partner-to-EZH2P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EZH2P1 versus WDHD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EZH2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EZH2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
