EZH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EZH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,325 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EZH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATAD2, CENPM, and MCM5. Each is linked with EZH2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EZH2-to-partner and partner-to-EZH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EZH2 versus ATAD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EZH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EZH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
