Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EYA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,745 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EYA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP55, SLC22A3, and BUB1B. Each is linked with EYA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA4-to-partner and partner-to-EYA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP55 grouped by EYA4-low versus EYA4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
