EYA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EYA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,699 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EYA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, RNA localization, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with EYA4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA4-to-partner and partner-to-EYA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA-templated transcription initiation grouped by EYA4-low versus EYA4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
