EYA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EYA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 195 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EYA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIP, OR6N1, and LCE1F. Each is linked with EYA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA4-to-partner and partner-to-EYA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIP grouped by EYA4-low versus EYA4-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
