EYA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EYA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EYA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02563, RPSAP62, and RN7SKP12. Each is linked with EYA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA1-to-partner and partner-to-EYA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02563 grouped by EYA1-low versus EYA1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
