EYA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EYA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,083 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EYA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EYA4, KHDRBS3, and LMTK3. Each is linked with EYA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA1-to-partner and partner-to-EYA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EYA1 versus EYA4 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
