EYA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EYA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EYA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM205A, ACER1, and WFDC13. Each is linked with EYA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA1-to-partner and partner-to-EYA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM205A grouped by EYA1-low versus EYA1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
