Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXTL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,460 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXTL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2, ERI1, and PCM1. Each is linked with EXTL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXTL3-to-partner and partner-to-EXTL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXTL3 versus CCAR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
