Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXTL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, ATP5IF1, and GAS2L1. Each is linked with EXTL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXTL3-to-partner and partner-to-EXTL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 grouped by EXTL3-low versus EXTL3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
