Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXTL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and JNK2. Each is linked with EXTL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXTL3-to-partner and partner-to-EXTL3 results are reported.
