Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXTL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,398 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXTL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear transport, Nucleocytoplasmic transport, and Negative regulation of keratinocyte differentiation. Each is linked with EXTL3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXTL3-to-partner and partner-to-EXTL3 results are reported.
