EXTL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, EGFR_pY1068, and FASN. Each is linked with EXTL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXTL2-to-partner and partner-to-EXTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by EXTL2-low versus EXTL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
