EXTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 220 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C5, LRRD1, and DNAAF6. Each is linked with EXTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXTL1-to-partner and partner-to-EXTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C5 grouped by EXTL1-low versus EXTL1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
