EXT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE8, CXCL13, and LRRC53. Each is linked with EXT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXT2-to-partner and partner-to-EXT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE8 grouped by EXT2-low versus EXT2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
