EXT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXT2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,991 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC45A3, RYK, and A2ML1. Each is linked with EXT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXT2-to-partner and partner-to-EXT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC45A3 grouped by EXT2-low versus EXT2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
