EXT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNL3, WDR41, and RAD18. Each is linked with EXT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXT1-to-partner and partner-to-EXT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNL3 grouped by EXT1-low versus EXT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
