EXT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,677 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTN1, CCN1, and AXL. Each is linked with EXT1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXT1-to-partner and partner-to-EXT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXT1 versus ACTN1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
