EXT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 553 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT37, ARGFX, and SEC24B. Each is linked with EXT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXT1-to-partner and partner-to-EXT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT37 grouped by EXT1-low versus EXT1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
