EXPH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXPH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,681 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXPH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO2, TXNL4A, and MIR190A. Each is linked with EXPH5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXPH5-to-partner and partner-to-EXPH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENO2 grouped by EXPH5-low versus EXPH5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXPH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXPH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
