Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXPH5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXPH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Annexin-1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with EXPH5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXPH5-to-partner and partner-to-EXPH5 results are reported.
