EXPH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXPH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 415 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXPH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL3, OR2A4, and PRAMEF14. Each is linked with EXPH5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXPH5-to-partner and partner-to-EXPH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL3 grouped by EXPH5-low versus EXPH5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXPH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXPH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
