EXOSC9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,652 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, GINS1, and MCM4. Each is linked with EXOSC9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC9-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 versus MCM5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
